Supplies & Services $1,197,480 aligns to FY 2013 Actual of $1,328,999 (Operating expense, Fund 100, Priority #4) o Increase in Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) expenses - licensing, system maintenance o Increase in cost of goods and services (i.e. paper, pens, office supplies) o Ergonomic Request – Unfunded County Initiative o Repairs & Maintenance - Enhance Customer Experience/Employee Ergonomics 3.
