Said roadway having widths of 30 feet on the West side and 20 feet on the East side of the following described centerline: COMMENCING at the North quarter corner of said Section 36, a 3” Maricopa County Brass Cap in hand hole, from which the Northwest quarter corner of said Section 36, a 3” Maricopa County Brass Cap in hand hole, bears North 89˚29’27” West 2,613.41 feet; thence along the North line of said Section 36, North 89°29'27" West a distance of 1331.70 feet to the Northeast corner of the subdivision known as Holly Acres, Book 110, page 12 in the Records of the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office and also the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along the East line of said Holly Acres, South 00°21’34” East a distance of 2,337.19 feet to the POINT OF ENDING, said point also being the Beginning of Maintenance. (Said roadway alignments also known as 121st Avenue from Beginning of Maintenance to Southern Avenue, all lying in Supervisor District 5.)
