KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That pursuant to Article 7, Chapter 18, Title 42, Arizona Revised Statutes, providing for the
sale of lands purported to be held by the State under Tax Deeds, the Board of Supervisors has sold the
interest of the State of Arizona held under the Treasurer's Deed dated January 11, 1990, and recorded on
January 11,2009 in Instrument 2009 -0015394 in records of the Maricopa County Recorder's Office, in and
to the following parcel located in Maricopa County, Arizona, to wit:

Legal Description: Tract G, VISTA DEL PUEBLO
To CHARLES HARRIS, the purchaser thereof, and hereby transfers to said purchaser all right, title and
interest of the State in and to the property described above.
This instrument is exempt from the real estate transfer fee and affidavit of legal value required under A.R.S.
§11-1131 and 11-1132 pursuant to the exemption set forth in A.R.S. §11-1134 (A)(3).
