Their HOME allocation of $432,402 was allocated to other projects. **15% of gross HOME allocation must be set aside for CHDO Projects. Projects can be anywhere in the Consortium service area. NOTES: Specific projects are subject to modification up to and including 30%, pursuant to procedures set forth in the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors’ Approved Citizen Participation Plan. Unencumbered or unspent HOME funds may be reallocated and spent at any time throughout the duration of the funding allowance, as set forth in each respective IGA or the Citizen Participation Plan. HOME MCHSD admin assessment is 5% of the Consortium member gross allocation except for the county is 10% for UC activities. Members can use 5% of the allocation for administration.
