From my work position for the County signing and striping records, .I see we have a number of active
records that would need to be updated, but part of this could be done with a batch update to Notes and
change the name except for the signs that actually have "Airport Rd" on them. The sign shop will need t
be able to get all the manufacturing taken care of, etc, I will pull all of the To-Do data entries I can find ar
give you a current report on the active recor&r -, for signing A.S.A.P.

MCDOT's Traffic Management Division doesn't allow other municipalities to install/replace signing on MCDOT maintair
roadways; we will do the changes by in-house staff if the name change has officially been approved by the Maricopa
County Boards of Supervisors (BOS).
Do you have the official approval of the name change from Airport Rd to Verrado Way from 1-10 to Beloat Rd by the
Maricopa County Planning and Development Department and the BOS?
There must be hundreds of residents/businesses that will need their official addresses changed along this — 5 mile secl
of road in addition to notification to 911 Emergency Services, US Post Office, and many others.
