AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE MARICOPA HOME CONSORTIUM 2013-14 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN (Year 4 of 5) Per the HOME Rule published in 2013, the following section is updated to include requirements found at 24 CFR 95.254(a)(2)(iii): PROGRAM SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS HOME 92.254(a)(2)(iii) According to the Multiple Listing Service, there were 2677 existing single family homes sold between August 4, 2013 and September 4, 2013 within the geographic boundaries of the Maricopa HOME Consortium. Based upon the criteria outlined in 92.254(a)(2)(iii), $210,425 is 95% of median area purchase price of existing housing.
