The above named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
A. Contract amount is changed to an aggregate not-to-exceed (NTE) total amount
from $160,000 to $320,000 (increased up to $160,000 for the budget period
November 1, 2013 through October 31, 2014).
All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and
effect.
