Amendment to License Agreement
between Maricopa County
and
the Naval Special Warfare Development Group
for Use of Madison Jail
C-50-14-027-M-01
This Amendment is made by and between the Maricopa County acting on behalf of the Maricopa County
Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) (LICENSOR), and the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG), acting as
a representative for the United States Government (LICENSEE).
WHEREAS, a revocable license Agreement was approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors on
October 23, 2013 (C-50-14-027-M-00) to conduct training at the Madison Jail facility from November 13 - 15,
2013 and,
WHEREAS the parties desire to extend the use of the facility through to November 19, 2012.
NOW THEREFORE it is agreed to:
1) Extend the license agreement to use of the Madison Jail facility through to November 19, 2013.
All other provisions of the Agreement not specifically changed by this Amendment shall remain in effect and
binding upon the parties.
