AMENDED RESOLUTION
Appointment of Maricopa County Deputy Zoning Inspectors
Whereas, the Board of Supervisors of Maricopa County (Board) has adopted the
Maricopa County Zoning Ordinance (MCZO) for the Unincorporated Area of Maricopa
County pursuant to authority granted by A.R.S. § 11-811; and
Whereas, the Board has provided for the enforcement of the MCZO in
Chapter 15 of the MCZO, all as required by A.R.S. § 11-815; and
Whereas, pursuant to A.R.S. § 11-815, the Board has designated and appointed
Maricopa County Planning and Zoning Director Debra Stark as Maricopa County Zoning
Inspector; and
Whereas, A.R.S. § 11-815 requires that the Board designate and appoint such
deputy zoning inspectors as shall be required; and
Whereas, the Board finds that deputy zoning inspectors are required to
effectively and efficiently enforce the MCZO.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors pursuant
to A.R.S. § 11-815, hereby designates and appoints the following individuals as
Maricopa County Deputy Zoning Inspectors, to perform any and all functions of that
office as directed by the Maricopa County Zoning Inspector:
Della Davis
Charles Hart
Darren Gerard
Dennis Mann
Paul McNeil
Adelita Smith
This Resolution revokes and supersedes any and all prior Resolutions concerning the
same subject matter.
ADOPTED by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, Maricopa County, Arizona,
this day of 2013.
