A portion of right of way known as Beverly Road dedicated to Maricopa County by Plat of
Subdivision for “Green’s Outer Limits” recorded as instrument 1967-0416756 (Book 113 Page
59) lying within Section 5, Township | South, Range 2 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and
Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, and being more particularly described as follows:

COMMENCING at the North Quarter corner of said Section 5, from which the Northwest
corner of said Section 5, bears South 89°51'07" West, for a distance of 2621.42 feet;

THENCE along the North line of said Section, South 89°51'07" West, for a distance of 874.67
feet to the Northwest Corner of said Subdivision;

THENCE departing said North line and along the West line of said Subdivision, South
00°12'08" West, for a distance of 1299.56 feet to a point of intersection of said West line and the
centerline of Beverly Road as shown on said Plat, said point being the Point of Beginning;

THENCE along said centerline, North 89°51'08" East, for a distance of 260.05 feet;
