Of that, $8,466,697 was for the 2012 tax year which increased the year to date collections as of August 23, 2013 (the close of the 2012 tax year) to $3,966,057,628 or 98.8% of the adjusted 2012 levy of $4,013,670,008. The chart below reflects the 2012 collected and uncollected levy amount and corresponding percentages for the 2012 tax year. The secured property tax collections for the month of August, includes the State Aid amount of $10,444,001. The County's General Fund Balance totaled $127,404,000 effective August 31, 2013. Warrants outstanding of $2,666,313 will post against the fund balances when presented. The $19,760,955 unencumbered balance of the County Municipal Line of Credit and the $15,239,045 Workers Compensation Liability Letter of Credit remain unused. arles B.
