Procedures
Dear Mr. Nickell,
Proforce Law Enforcement only sells law enforcement trades to Federal
Firearms Licensed Dealers (FFL).
All firearms are processed through FFL Dealers. All applicable background
checks and documentation are completed as required by law. This process
changes the ownership from the originating agency to the purchasing dealer.
