Jefferson, Phoenix, AZ 85003, with the following members present: Andrew Kunasek, Chairman, District 3 (via phone); Denny Barney, District 1 (via phone); Steve Chucri, District 2 (via phone); Clint Hickman, District 4 (via phone). Absent: Mary Rose Wilcox, District 5. Also present: Fran McCarroll, Clerk of the Board; and David Benton, Legal Counsel (via phone). Minutes compiled by Shirley Million, Minutes Coordinator. Clerk of the Board 1. SALE OF MOBILE HOME Approve the sale of a 1984 Woodridge Mobile Home to Interstate Homes Financial Interstate Investments (as corrected by the Clerk of the Board). The mobile home is currently located at 2340 E. University Drive, Tempe, AZ. No offers to purchase this mobile home were received at the Sheriff's Personal Property Sale. The mobile home will be sold as is and where is for a credit bid of $466.11, with any valid liens, encumbrances, or possessory rights against the mobile home remaining in effect. The mobile home title will be transferred to Interstate Homes Financial Interstate Investments from Bradley Carson, previous owner, pursuant to an August 12, 2013 purchase agreement. A condition of the sale is that the County's standard Release and Agreement shall be executed by the buyer. Proceeds from the sale shall be deposited in the General Fund for disbursement to the applicable taxing authorities. (C-06-14-062-M-00) Chairman Kunasek asked the Clerk to read the agenda item. Ms. McCarroll read the item, connecting the name of the buyer to: Interstate Homes Financial instead of Interstate Investments as appeared in the agenda item.
