The above named Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is hereby amended as specified
below.
Replace Page 2, No. 3. EXPIRATION DATE with "This Agreement will end July 31,
2014."
H. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force and
effect.
