CONTRACTOR accepts sole responsibility and liability for all wastes produced by its operation, activities and occupation of the Premises and shall comply with all Applicable Laws concerning such wastes, including federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Any such waste must be disposed of in compliance with the above.
