LEASE No. L-7339 AMENDMENT No. 03 C-22-04-107-4-03 AMENDMENT to LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF THE EAST VALLEY, Inc. (LESSOR) AND MARICOPA COUNTY (LESSEE) RECITALS A. Lessor and Lessee are parties to that certain Lease Agreement No. L-7339 dated August 18, 2003 and approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and subsequently amended July 7, 2004 and August 20, 2008. The lease is for premises at 44 North Oak, Gilbert, Arizona, consisting of 740 square feet of classroom space. B. The term of the lease expires on August 31, 2013. C. Lessor and Lessee now mutually desire to amend the lease to create a new lease term and new lease rate and to state the annual rent schedule. AGREEMENT NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other valuable considerations, Lessee and Lessor agree to amend Lease No. L-7339 as follows: 1. The term of the lease is hereby extended five (5) years, commencing September 1, 2013 , and will expire August 31, 2018. This agreement is subject to termination pursuant to A.R.S. 38-511. 2. Lessee agrees to pay as base rent, in equal monthly installments, the sums as follows: Year Monthly Annual One $425.00 $5,100.00 plus rental tax Two $425.00 $5,100.00 plus rental tax Three $425.00 $5,100.00 plus rental tax Four $425.00 $5,100.00 plus rental tax Five $425.00 $5,100.00 plus rental tax 3. This amendment shall not become effective until it is executed by the Chairman of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. 4. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this amendment. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement and subsequent amendments remain the same and in full force and effect.
