The Flood Control District of Maricopa County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, 
GRANTOR, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) § 48-3603.I and the terms set forth in 
that certain Intergovernmental Agreement FCD 2018A011D Amendment 4 by and between 
GRANTOR and GRANTEE dated October 22, 2025, does hereby grant, sell, and convey 
unto Maricopa County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, GRANTEE all that 
certain real property situated in the County of Maricopa, State of Arizona, described as follows: 
Instrument Number 2021-0813341, recorded on July 27, 2021, 
Instrument Number 2022-0167148, recorded on February 23, 2022, 
Instrument Number 2022-0470683, recorded on June 2, 2022, and 
Instrument Number 2023-0580967, recorded on November 9, 2023.
The GRANTOR hereby conveys unto GRANTEE all warranties of title for its acts and not the acts 
of others, of any nature whatsoever. 
As required by A.R.S. § 48-3603.I, if all or part of this property is subsequently sold 
by GRANTEE as undeveloped property for a price exceeding the original sale price, 
the GRANTOR shall be paid the difference between the original price and the subsequent sale price.
