Action Requested:
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 9-471(N), approve the annexation by the Town of Queen Creek of County right-of-
way within: Ellsworth Road from Queen Creek Road to Germann Road and Queen Creek Road from
Ellsworth Road to Meridian Road, in accordance with Ordinance No. 487-10.

Additional Information:
Ordinance No. 487-10, approved and adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Queen Creek,
Arizona on August 4, 2010, annexing certain real property to the Town of Queen Creek pursuant to ARS
§9-471(N). The action annexes certain County rights-of-way to the existing City limits and is generally
described as Ellsworth Road from Queen Creek Road to Germann Road and Queen Creek Road from
Ellsworth Road to Meridian Road, being all county right-of-way described as follows:
Legal description of the roadway to be annexed, identified as Exhibit "A", is attached.
