TOWN OF QUEEN CREEK, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA,
ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE TOWN OF QUEEN
CREEK PURSUANT TO A.R.S. §9-471.N ADDING COUNTY RIGHT-OF-
WAY TO THE EXISTING TOWN LIMITS, THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY
LOCATED IN T2S-R7E SECTION 10, GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS
ELLSWORTH ROAD FROM GERMANN ROAD TO QUEEN CREEK
ROAD. AND QUEEN CREEK ROAD FROM ELLSWORTH ROAD TO
CRISMON ROAD; THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY LOCATED IN T2S-R7E
SECTION ii GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS QUEEN CREEK ROAD
FROM CRISMON ROAD TO SIGNAL BUTTE ROAD; AND THE
RIGHTS-OF-WAY LOCATED IN T2S-R7E SECTION 12 GENERALLY
DESCRIBED AS QUEEN CREEK ROAD FROM SIGNAL BUTTE ROAD
TO MERIDIAN ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF QUEEN CREEK, ARIZONA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That pursuant to A.R.S. §9-471.N, the Town of Queen Creek and the County of
Maricopa may cause the annexation of certain real property if said real property consists of land
that is entirely Maricopa County right-of-way with no taxable real property described therein.
Section 2 That in addition to the additions set forth in Section 1 above, the property must be
adjacent to the Town of Queen Creek for the entire length of the annexation.
Section 3. That attached hereto, and marked Exhibit '1A', Exhibit '2A', and Exhibit '3A'
are legal descriptions of real property that is Maricopa County right-of-way and containing no
taxable real property.
Section 4. That attached hereto and marked as Exhibit `1B', Exhibit `2B', and Exhibit '33'
are maps indicating the location of the subject real property.
Section 5. That the Mayor and Council of the Town of Queen Creek hereby find that the real
property described in Exhibit '1A', Exhibit '2A', and Exhibit '3A' and depicted in Exhibit `1B',
Exhibit `2B', and Exhibit '3B' substantially meet the conditions of the state statutes referred to
herein, and upon concurrence by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors hereby annexes that
certain real property to the Town limits of the Town of Queen Creek.

EXCEPT, any portion thereof, lying within that part of the Town of Queen Creek described in
