Neighborhood Services Department Update on
Infill Property Dispositions – Isaac RDA - District 4
The City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department offered the purchase and development of 38
city-owned lots located in the Isaac Redevelopment Area through a competitive Request for Proposal
(RFP) process (NSD-RFP-26-004). The RFP contained five different packages for development
opportunities, including vacant lots for affordable single and multifamily housing projects. The following
award recommendations were made by the Evaluation Committee.

governing communications between offerors and their representatives, is in effect through the date of City
Council Award.

solicitation shall direct all such requests through the Procurement Officer below.
