Neighborhood Services Department Update on
Infill Property Dispositions – South Mountain Village - District 8
The City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department offered the purchase and development of
17 city-owned lots located along 16th Street at Broadway Road through a competitive Request for
Proposal (RFP) process (NSD-RFP-26-003). The RFP contained three different packages for
development opportunities, including vacant lots for affordable single and multifamily housing, along
with mixed-use projects. The following award recommendations were made by the Evaluation
Committee.

As set forth in the solicitation requirements, Offerors are reminded that the City’s Transparency Policy,
governing communications between offerors and their representatives, is in effect through the date of City
Council Award.
Offerors wishing to communicate with members of the City Council or other city executives regarding this
solicitation shall direct all such requests through the Procurement Officer below.
