Item 118 is a request to authorize the City Manager to amend Section 601 of the Phoenix
Zoning Ordinance by adopting Official Supplementary Zoning Map 1309.
Staff recommends that this case be continued to the November 4, 2026, City Council Formal
Meeting to clarify tb._e supplementary zoning process to the property owner.
