Staff Recommendation
Staff recommend award approval of Resolution 26-44, authorizing
the City of Apache Junction to enter into an IGA with Pinal County for
the design, construction and maintenance of a community park at
Superstition Basin.
If agreeable, staff will bring back to a future consent agenda item.
