Council to take action on the Cooperative Contract Purchase Addendum (CCPA No. 32700025) between
the City of Buckeye, an Arizona municipal corporation, and AZ Wastewater Industries, Inc., a Nevada
corporation, for sewer vacuum, hydro-excavation, and municipal pumping equipment with related
accessories and supplies; and authorizing the City Manager to execute and deliver said CCPA on behalf
of the City of Buckeye.

SUMMARY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Establishing a contract with AZ Wastewater Industries, Inc. will provide the Public Works Department
with the ability to purchase replacement specialty vehicles/equipment for the Water Services
Department.
BENEFITS:
The purchase of the new vehicles/equipment will provide Water Services with reliable, mechanically
sound units. Maintaining dependable fleet equipment is essential to ensuring Water Services can
continue delivering necessary services to City residents.
