WHEREAS, Maricopa County (“County”) and Hushabye Nursery (“HN”) (“Contractor”) have entered into an 
Agreement to coordinate the care of incarcerated pregnant and/or parenting individuals with a history of substance 
use, executed May 21st, 2025 (“Agreement”).  
 
WHEREAS, County and Contractor have agreed to renew this Agreement. 
 
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree to the following provision: 
 
The Agreement shall be renewed for a two-year term from May 21st, 2026, and ending May 21st, 2028.  
 
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. If there is any conflict between the 
terms of the Agreement and this Amendment, in all such events, the terms of this Amendment shall control. 
 
This Amendment is subject to cancellation pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-511. 
 
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Contract Amendment is executed on the date set forth below when executed by both
