Section 1.0 Contract Term shall be updated to reflect a new expiration date of June 30, 2027. II. Exhibit A – Budget Detail and Narrative shall be updated with the addition of Exhibit A-2, Year 2 Budget Sheet & Narrative beginning on page 2 of this amendment. An additional $349,998 shall be added for the Year 2 Budget Period of July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027. III. Exhibit B – Pricing and Respondent Information, Total Amount shall be updated to a new not-to- exceed amount of $699,996. IV. Exhibit C-2 – Year 2 Scope of Work shall be added for services from July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027. V. Addition of Exhibit E, Year 2 Renewal Form. VI. Addition of Exhibit F, Year 2 Work Plan & Timeline. VII. All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and effect.
