1 of 2 TERMINATION OF INTERGOVENERMENTAL AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY AND THE TOWN OF QUEEN CREEK REGARDING THE PROVISION OF JUDICIAL SERVICES AND OPERATION OF THE JUSTICE COURT IN QUEEN CREEK Maricopa County #C-24-22-004-X-00 Maricopa County, a political subdivision of the state of Arizona (“County), hereby exercises the right to General Termination under 10.3 of Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) entered into with the TOWN OF QUEEN CREEK, a municipal corporation of the State of Arizona (“Queen Creek”) under Maricopa County #C-24-22-004-X-00 / G-30231. This termination is pursuant to the following sections of the IGA: 10.3 General Termination. Either Party (or County/Queen Creek) may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason or for no reason by giving the other Party a minimum of 30 days’ prior written notice, delivered by personal delivery or by certified mail to the persons at the address set forth in section 19 of this Agreement. The Parties may also terminate this Agreement at any time by mutual written agreement. 19. Notice Addresses. 19.1.
