Pursuant to section III. TERM OF AGREEMENT, TERMINATION AND AMENDMENTS of the above
referenced Agreement, the following section of is hereby amended accordingly:
III. TERM OF AGREEMENT, TERMINATION AND AMENDMENTS
Pursuant to this provision, the State of Arizona hereby amends this Agreement with a no-cost extension
through December 31, 2026.
Except as specifically stated herein, all other terms and conditions of this Agreement remain unchanged.
