Approve and execute the Second Amendment to License Agreement between Arizona Center for Nature
Conservation and Maricopa County (County) dated May 4, 2022, for County’s permitted use of property
located at 455 N. Galvin Pkwy, Phoenix, AZ, 85008 (Phoenix Zoo). The Amendment extends the term of
the Agreement through May 31, 2028. The Assistant County Manager and/or the Real Estate Director may
administer this Agreement. The license is for operation of an interactive Air Quality Educational Kiosk and
an air monitoring station to be located within the Phoenix Zoo.
