Approve and execute seventh amendment to the Non-Exclusive License Agreement CA00033 with City of 
Phoenix, for access to, and use of, real property located at 3838 N. 83rd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ for 
installing, maintaining and operating air quality monitors. This amendment will amend Section 3 
(Term and Termination) of the Agreement to establish a new term with two additional terms of five (5) 
years. The first of the two terms commences on July 1, 2026, and continues through June 30, 2031, and 
the second provides the County the option of an additional term of five (5) years.
Additional Information:
There is no cost to the County.
