Pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1202 (A)(5), I hereby notify you that the elected precinct committeemen of 
Legislative District 3 met on March 9, 2026, to nominate three qualified electors for the Board’s 
consideration.  
As required by Arizona law, this is the written notice of the three qualified electors listed below:  
-George Khalaf, Rhodes Precinct 
-Michelle Ugenti-Rita, Peak View Precinct  
-Cody Reim, Rio Verde Precinct
