authorized to sell, dispense, or serve alcoholic beverages under the provisions of your license.

SPECIAL EVENT DIAGRAM AND
SAFETY PLAN STANDARDS

Diagrams do not need to be overly complicated, they can be hand drawn. However, we
do not accept photographs or aerial views that do not show the premises clearly. The
diagram should clearly depict the special event area in relation to the entire premises.

Each diagram must include:
e Overview of the location
e The event area clearly outlined with black marker
e Where alcohol will be served/stored
e All entrances and exits
e Where security will be positioned
e Square footage of event area
e Show North, East, South, West

The beer tent is 20ft x 20ft with no walls. The
consumption area is 25ft x 25ft and creates an
uncovered “patio” that extends 5ft past the edge of
the tent on two sides. The entire consuption area is
surrounded by wind fencing thatis 4ft high. The wind
fencing is secured to the ground via T-posts.

There is one entrance/exit to the consuption area
that’s 6ft wide. This entrance/exit is manned by a staff
member for the duration of the event, Patrons must
be 21+ years old and have a valid ID to enter the
consumption area.
