Approve and execute a Partial Release of Utility Easement by and between Maricopa County and Arizona 
Public Service Company (APS) for the portion of the APS easement that lies within the County-owned 
Jackson Street Garage at 601 W. Jackson Street as well as the associated APS Take Charge Program Electric 
Vehicle Charging Equipment Transfer of Ownership and Acknowledgement for the Vehicle Charging 
Equipment. 
Additional Information:
This easement was needed to provide electrical service to the charging station for APS’ Take Charge 
Program. APS has discontinued this Program and Maricopa County is taking over the electric vehicle 
charging equipment.
