FY23 STAFFING STUDY This study was undertaken to provide an objective third-party assessment of court clerk staffing levels across each individual justice court. Data Driven The case weights signify the average number of clerk workload minutes (or hours) it takes to process a particular case type through the system, from the time of the initial filing through all post-adjudication work averaged over a six- week period in FY23. Application beyond FY23 Developed a formula to measure direct case processing demand by individual court and case mix, to ensure informed staffing decisions. FUND 245: MAINTENANCE FOR JUSTICE COURT FACILITIES Parking lot repairs, painting of interior spaces, and flooring in need of replacement to avoid tripping hazards and comply with reasonable accommodations for employees and the public under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
