1) CALL TO ORDER: Hearing convened at 5:39 p.m. and was called to order by Chair Morrow 
 
2) CHAIR/STAFF UPDATES/ANNOUNCMENTS:  
 
Ms. Diana Kaminski announced there will be a Board Meeting on December 17, 2025. We may also be having a meeting 
in January.  
 
3) REVIEW OF REGULAR MEETING AGENDA: 
 
No comments or questions from the Board.  
 
4) PRESENTATIONS:  
 
4A) Staff presentations on the application process and timeline for receiving and distributing information for a hearing 
item. The presenter is Diana Kaminski, Principal Planner.  
 
Ms. Kaminski gave a presentation to the Board on the application timelines for variances and appeals. Including public 
processes pre-hearing communication, and hearing discussion.  
 
Chair Morrow requested that Ms. Kaminski send the Board a copy of the Study Session presentation.  
 
5) ADJOURNMENT: The Study Session adjourned at 5:51 p.m.
