ACTION:  Approve the Amended Employment Agreement for Kerry Rait as City Judge.
FISCAL IMPACT:  Sufficient budget appropriation for the anticipated expenditures under this 
Agreement has been appropriated in the General Fund.
RECOMMENDATION:  Approve the Amended Agreement.
 
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:  The amended agreement provides clarification for the City Judge 
position’s salary structure and aligns the agreements with City policies and salary structure. Appointment 
terms remain the same.
