ACTION:  Approve the November 2025 Report of Payments Made to be filed for audit.
FISCAL IMPACT:  Total payments in November: $33,893,545.22.
RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends approval of the November 2025 Report of Payments Made.
 
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:  These reports are a compilation of all payments made through 
the City's accounts payable system during November 2025 that will be subject to the City's external 
auditors.
