ACTION: Adopt a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Amendment to an Easement between 
the City of Tempe and AVNET INC regarding existing Ingress and Egress Easement 2014-0627670.

RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. R2026.07.
 
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: AVNET INC, a successor of Warner 101 LLC, desires to make a 
correction to the name of the private roadway as designed and recorded in Ingress and Egress 
Easement 2014-0627670. AVNET INC is seeking an amendment to said easement such that the name 
of the private roadway may be changed subject to the prior written approval from the City of Tempe 
Ground Lessor and Ground Lessee, Arizona State University and Arizona State University Research 
Park, Inc.
