A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 
OF TEMPE, ARIZONA AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION 
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT 
BETWEEN THE CITY OF TEMPE AND AVNET INC.
WHEREAS, the AVNET INC desires to amend an existing easement with City of Tempe; 
and 
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has determined that the proposed easement 
amendment does not affect the City of Tempe’s rights granted by said easement; and 
WHEREAS, AVNET INC is seeking an easement amendment such that the name of the 
private roadway identified in the easement may be changed subject to the prior written approval 
from the City of Tempe Ground Lessor and Ground Lessee, Arizona State University and Arizona 
State University Research Park, Inc.   
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
TEMPE, ARIZONA, as follows: 
The amendment to an easement is hereby approved, and the City Manager or their designee 
is authorized and directed to execute such documents and take such actions as are necessary to 
consummate the amendment approval. 
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPE, 
ARIZONA, this 8th day of January, 2026.
