BACKGROUND INFORMATION:  A1 CABINETRY (PL250398) is a proposed wood cabinet 
manufacturing establishment located at 209 South McClintock Drive. The site is located within an 
existing building, which is currently vacant. The applicant is proposing to restore and reoccupy the 
existing building, which will host a wood working area, wood drying and preparation area, material 
loading and receiving spaces, and an associated office with a showroom and displays for clients. The 
request includes the following:
