for OLVERA RESIDENCE, located at 1804 East Alameda Drive. The applicant is Mariana Olvera.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:  OLVERA RESIDENCE (PL250403) is requesting a Use Permit to 
allow three required parking spaces in the front yard setback. The seven bedrooms in the residence 
require three parking spaces. The existing driveway is not wide enough to accommodate three cars, 
however, it is proposed to be widened by 10 feet. The proposed widening of the driveway from 17’-10” 
to 27’-10” will be enough to fit three cars side by side. The request includes the following:
