ACTION:  Approve the December 2025 Report of Payments Made to be filed for audit.
FISCAL IMPACT:  Total payments in December: $75,343,083.81.
RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends approval of the December 2025 Report of Payments Made.
 
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:  These reports are a compilation of all payments made through 
the City's accounts payable system during December 2025 that will be subject to the City's external 
auditors.
