A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 
OF 
TEMPE, 
ARIZONA, 
APPROVING 
OF 
AND 
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A NON-
SPRING 
TRAINING 
CONCESSION 
AGREEMENT 
BETWEEN THE CITY OF TEMPE AND LEGENDS 
SPORTS, 
LLC, 
CONCESSIONS 
OPERATIONS 
FOR 
EVENTS AT TEMPE DIABLO STADIUM.
WHEREAS, the City of Tempe (“City”) and The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (the 
“Angels”) are parties to a lease agreement whereby are granted the right to host its spring training 
games at Tempe Diablo Stadium (the “Stadium”); and 
WHEREAS, the lease agreement requires the City to negotiate a concessions agreement 
for non-spring training events at the Stadium with the concession company selected by the Angels 
to provide concessions during spring training games; and 
WHEREAS, the Angels selected Legends Sports, LLC (“Legends”) to provide concession 
services during spring training games; and 
WHEREAS, the City and Legends entered into negotiations for a concession agreement 
to provide concession services during non-spring training events at the Stadium pursuant to the 
lease agreement with the Angels and were able to reach an agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 
OF TEMPE, ARIZONA, hereby:
1.
Approves of and authorizes the Mayor to execute the Non-Spring Training 
Concession Agreement Between the City of Tempe and Legends Sports, LLC for Concessions 
Operations at Tempe Diablo Stadium and any other necessary documents. 
2.
Authorizes the City Manager (or designee, including the Director of Community 
Services) to take such further actions and execute such additional documents, including 
amendments, as are necessary to implement the intent of this Resolution and the Agreement with 
Legends Sports, LLC.
