3) PROJECT UPDATES BY STAFF (CITY COUNCIL ACTION ITEMS): 
Ryan Levesque, Deputy Director, Community Development – Planning, advised the Commission that a First & 
Introductory Hearing for the 250 Rio item was heard at the January 8th City Council meeting.  He stated that it was well 
received by the City Council and that the Second & Final Hearing will on the item will be held in late January.

Mr. Levesque advised the Commission that an appeal was filed for the Massage Aces item that was approved on the 
Consent Agenda at the December 9th DRC meeting.  He stated this appeal will be heard by the City Council at their 
February 5th meeting. 
 
4) REVIEW OF PAST AND FUTURE APPLICATIONS WITH STAFF: 
Michelle Dahlke, Principal Planner, advised the Commission of the items on the January 27th DRC Study Session and 
Regular Meeting Agenda. 
 
5) PRESENTATION(S): NONE
