To whom it may concern,  
 
I’m writing to request approval for a use permit for three storage buildings in my backyard at 
1028 S Lebanon Ln. These buildings have been built for a little more than ten years. Originally 
the tall building was for a chicken coop and carport, we now use it for storage.  
 
We have recently repaired the building height to 14 feet to comply with the city regulations. 
Since the buildings have been standing for years without any issues, we are hoping to get 
approval to keep them as they are and continue using them for storage.  
 
The house has two bedrooms and 1 bathroom.  
 
a. Traffic:  
The storage buildings won’t increase any foot or car traffic. As it is only for  personal use.  
 
b. Nuisance factor:  
There won’t be any strong odors, noise, or other issues coming from the storage 
buildings. They are well-ventilated and don’t affect our neighbors. 
 
c. Neighborhood impact: 
They are well-built and maintained. There are no records of the buildings being built.   
 
d. Compatibility  
The structures don’t stand out in a negative way. We are not aware of others with similar 
structures.  
 
e. Disruptive behavior 
There will be no disruptive behavior caused by the storage buildings.
