Agenda Item 1 - Public Appearances

No one from the public was in attendance.

Agenda Item 2 - Discuss Appointments for Rio Salado Enhanced Services Commission for the upcoming
year 2026
Discuss renewing 2026 membership and Board of Directors. Welcomed Yesenia Flelix, Vice President

Commission/Area 1 Rep. Announced that there is pending appointment from the mayor that will be held at council
meeting, November 6, 2025, for Pam Goronkin as the Public Member for this commission. Review the current list of
Commission members for 2025.

Agenda Item 3 Meeting Structure & Topics

Chairman Craig Hayton reviewed the process flow of how this commission works and updates that are given from
each department regarding Tempe Town Lake. Chairman opened the discussion for anyone who had suggestions
on additional topics or ideas that this commission could address regarding the Town Lake area.

Agenda Item 4 Future Meeting Dates and Agenda Items

The Commission reviewed the new schedule of meeting dates for the coming year of 2026.
The 1s quarter meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 20, 2026.
