PHeCIX WEST commercial uc ‘Adapting our service plan to accommodate your unique requirement in commercial realestate” AMENDMENT #2 TO THE CITY OF EL MIRAGE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT FULLY EXECUTED NOVEMBER 26, 2017 This is Amendment #2 to the City of El Mirage Professional Services Contract dated November 21, 2017 and Amendment #1 fully executed October 30, 2018 between the City of El Mirage, an Arizona municipal corporation (City /Owner/Seller) and Phoenix West Commercial, LLC (Consultant/Broker). Property: Various properties owned by the City of El Mirage per Exhibit “C” of the original contract— Vacant lot at North Primrose Street and West Well Street (APN 501-29-096, 501-29-097, 501-29-098), vacant lot south of the Southwest corner of West Cactus on North E] Mirage Road (APN501-45-937) and vacant lot at the Southeast comer of West Thunderbird and North El Mirage Road (APN 501-36-283-G), The properties known as 12145 NW Grand Avenue and the vacant lot located at the corner of North Primrose Street and West Wells Road (APN 501-29-087, 501-29-088, 501-29-089, 501-29-090, 501-29- 078, 501-29-079, 501-29-080, 501-29-081, 501-29-082 and 501-29-083) were sold August 16, 2018 during the term of the original contract. The properties known as Vacant lot at North Primrose Street and West Well Street (APN 501-29-096, 501-29-097, 501-29-098) were sold May 22, 2019 during the 1% extension term of this contract. Per Item 3.1 of the original contract, the Expiration Date of said City of El Mirage Professional Services Contract is hereby extended again from the date of November 26, 2019 through November 26, 2020. This Amendment #2 is acceptable if signed in counterpart and transmitted via facsimile or email by either of the parties. Allother terms and conditions of the original City of El Mirage Professional Services Contract and any subsequent amendments shall remain the same and in full force and effect.
