ORDINANCE O20-06-03 
 
AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL 
MIRAGE, 
MARICOPA 
COUNTY, 
ARIZONA, 
EXTENDING 
AND 
INCREASING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF EL 
MIRAGE, ARIZONA, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF A.R.S. §9-
471.02 ANNEXING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF EL 
MIRAGE LOCATED WEST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE 
INTERCHANGE OF DYSART ROAD AND NORTHERN PARKWAY 
CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 6.369 ACRES AMENDING THE 
ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO A.R.S. §9-471.02.  
 
 
 
WHEREAS, Arizona 
Revised Statutes §9-802 provides a procedure whereby a 
municipality may enact the provisions of a code or public record by reference, without setting forth 
such provisions, provided that the adopting ordinance is published in full,  
 
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City 
of El Mirage, Arizona, that: 
 
Section 1.   The certain document titled  Exhibit A, which document was made 
public record by Resolution R20-06-10 is hereby referred to and 
adopted as fully set out in this Ordinance.   
 
Section 2.   If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this 
Ordinance in any part of this addition adopted here by reference is for 
any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of any court 
of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of 
the remaining portions thereof.   
 
 
Section 3.   The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish this adopting ordinance in full.

2020.
