AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY 
OF EL MIRAGE, ARIZONA, ADOPTING THE 2021 CALENDAR 
FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL FIXING 
THE DATES, TIMES AND LOCATION OF SUCH MEETINGS 
 
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the City of El Mirage as 
follows: 
Section 1. The regular meetings of the Common Council of the City of El Mirage shall be 
held at 6:00 p.m. on the following dates, unless otherwise properly noticed: 
 
January 5, 2021   
June 1, 2021 
January 21, 2021 - THURSDAY 
June 15, 2021 
February 2, 2021   
July 8, 2021 - THURSDAY 
February 18, 2021 - THURSDAY 
August 17, 2021  
March 2, 2021   
September 9, 2021 - THURSDAY 
March 16, 2021

April 6, 2021 
October 5, 2021

Section 2. The regular meeting of the Common Council of the City of El Mirage shall be held 
at the El Mirage Council Chambers located at I0000 N. El Mirage Road in El Mirage Arizona or 
electronically, unless otherwise changed to another location by the Mayor giving not less than 
seventy-two hours  notification of  the  change of  location  to the  public  by  posting  notice of  change 
in the locations where the agenda is posted  and  providing  personal  notice  of  the  change  to  all 
other Council members not less than twenty-four hours before the beginning of the meeting.
