ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Alexis Hermosillo; Vice Mayor Roy Delgado; Councilmember Monica Dorcey;
Councilmember Anita Norton; Councilmember Kallimayor Richards; Councilmember David
Shapera; Councilmember Donna Winston

CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order at 10:03 AM
Council members were all present in person at this meeting.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
 
1.
Consideration and action to adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.4 for
discussion and consultation with the City Attorney in order to consider its position and instruct the
City Attorney regarding the City's position pertaining to contract negotiations with prospective City
Court Judge.  (City Manager)
  
 
 
Councilmember Delgado moved to adjourn into Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S.§
38-431.03.A.4 for discussion and consultation with the City Attorney in order to consider its position
and instruct the City Attorney regarding the City's position pertaining to contract negotiations with
prospsective City Court Judge; seconded by Councilmember Shapera. 
 
Vote: 7 - 0 Passed - Unanimously

ADJOURNMENT - The meeting adjourned at 11:23 A.
